Continual improvement of your work instructions

A key element of quality management systems such as ISO9001 (and its derivatives) is the requirement for continual improvement. At Starling we consider feedback from our customers as part of our continual improvement process, both with regard to our products and our customer services. We also look to assist our customers with this by including the ability for your operators to feed into the continual improvement of your work instructions.

Change requests

Your operators are putting your work instructions into practice day to day, as such they will be very familiar with the processes that are covered. As such they may well have suggestions on how the process or instructions could be improved, this may be a resource you already tap into.


As part of Streamliner we have included a change request feature to make this simpler, it enables your operators to request a change to the process or instructions and attach a media file.

Team collaboration

We believe that team collaboration improves work instructions. Streamliner contains features to improve collaboration. Different team members can comment on and discuss change requests that have been submitted.


In addition before submitting a set of work instructions for approval you can release them for review and select the users that you would like to review and comment on the proposed work instructions.
